This recent production 90mm APO-Summicron was purchased new a couple of years ago. Used with care on an M camera, the lens is in excellent condition. Focus ring is smooth and even, same for the aperture ring. Only some superficial marks on the aperture and focus knurlings. Heralded as the best telephoto / portrait lens ever made, the APO-ASPH 90mm Leica Summicron-M will deliver unmatched quality and image characteristics on the M6, M11 or on the SL system.
The Apo-Summicron 90 ASPH  telephoto lens offers remarkable sharpness and chromatic correction on all M cameras, film and digital.

Apochromatic color correction and an aspherical lens surface are combined for the first time in a lens of this type. Of its five individual elements, two are made of high-refraction glass, while two others feature anomalous partial dispersion. Its brilliance and quality of resolution are exemplary even at full aperture. Light falloff is very low. The fast aperture of the APO-Summicron-M 90mm f/2 lets you shoot at relatively short exposure times even in dim light, helping to minimize the effects of camera shake.
