This current 50mm 0.95 Noctilux was purchased at the boutique just under 8 years ago. The photographer used it with great care to create amazing and unique photographs. 

The Lens is in great condition, almost no signs of use. For all intents and purposes, this lens is as good as new ! 

There is nothing that can compare to the image that can be created with a 0.95 Noctilux. While maintaining a remarkable sharpness and tonality, the creaminess and melange of shadows and highlights that this lens can produce are ooooh so unique and beautiful.

This current Noctilux with an updated ASPH optical design has a perfected clinical sharpness and contrast. 

The new Leica Noctilux-M 50mm f/0.95 ASPH represents a milestone in lens design. It is the successor to the famous Noctilux-M 50mm f/1. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, Leica has now been able to make substantial improvements, breaking the optical equivalent of the sound barrier.

*A noticeably higher lens speed has been achieved without any major alterations to the size of the lens.
*The characteristic rendering of the previous 50mm f/1, valued by many users as a means of creative photography, has been retained at full aperture.
*Slightly stopped down, the lens performs comparably with the Leica Summilux-M 50 mm f/1.4 ASPH.
*Thanks to a “floating element", the superb performance is maintained even at close distances.
*The vignetting and distortion values have been improved over the previous model.
*The use of regular polarizing filters (size E82) is possible thanks to a special filter adapter.
