Description
By adopting the latest optical design and aspherical lens, while maintaining the same optical performance as our ULTRON Vintage Line 28mm F2 Aspherical VM mount lens, we have achieved extremely compact styling by keeping the maximum aperture at F2.8. It uses an M mount, has a nostalgic look with a high degree of taste, and uses a brass material for the lens exterior.
⌀39mm screw mount
The lens mount uses a ⌀39mm screw mount, which is a universal mount that appeared in the 20th century. You can enjoy shooting by attaching it to rangefinder cameras of all ages and countries that have the same standard.
Two types of exterior to choose from
There are two types of exterior, silver and black paint. As for the black paint, even the mount part is finished in black. The focus lock button, focus lever, and infinity/close-range stoppers are nickel-plated to add an accent to the design.
Manual focus for reliable focus operation
The use of an all-metal helicoid unit that has been processed and adjusted with high precision and high-quality grease that produces just the right amount of torque enables focusing with a smooth operating feel. It enables fine focus adjustment.
Dedicated hood included
It comes with a dedicated aluminum screw-in hood and an aluminum front cap that take into account the design of the lens body as well as the light blocking performance. (The black paint type comes with a painted hood and front cap.)
Full size image circle
A generous image circle has been secured for 35mm full-frame format. In addition, it has a very compact style compared to interchangeable lenses for single-lens reflex cameras.
Compact & high performance
By adopting an aspherical lens, excellent optical performance is demonstrated even from the maximum aperture. The total length of the product is 23.5mm (from the mount surface), and the vignetting of the shooting frame when using the rangefinder is minimal, and the handling is good.
Equipped with a rangefinder interlocking system
The high-precision rangefinder interlocking mechanism enables severe focusing near the maximum aperture. The shortest shooting distance with the rangefinder is 0.7m.
